How do I conclude a binding reservation of an apartment?
You have the possibility to secure an exclusive reservation for a period of 5 days.
During this period you may conclude a binding reservation. If need be, you will be
provided with further information upon viewing of the premises.
I am a foreigner, Can I acquire real estate in the Czech Republic as a private person
or am I obliged to set up a company for this purpose?
The restrictions to buy properties for non-EU residents are no longer valid.
Currently, all individuals are eligible to purchase property in the Czech Republic.
When is the planned hand-over date of the apartments?
All units will be available after the final inspection and the payment of the purchase price
to the seller's account.
