FINANCING

• A reservation fee payable upon the signature of the reservation contract: 100.000,-CZK
• 1st upfront payment payable within 2 months upon the signature
  of the reservation contract: 15% of the purchase price
• Final payment of 85%- remaining payment of the purchase price and Purchase Agreement:
  within 14 days upon the date of declaration of the owner to the land registry
